Cancellation policy

If you have purchased a pay monthly (recurring) subscription plan from Let's Craft NZ, please refer to the following terms and conditions.

If you have selected a 'Pay Monthly' product and have completed your checkout, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew in 30 days till the end of your subscription term.

Our monthly plans are fixed-term plans therefore, please carefully choose the appropriate period when choosing a plan.

Your first month discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.

Your nominated payment card/method will automatically debit your subscription payment each month (according to your order summary). 

• Your 1st monthly box will be sent out on the same week of your purchase
• The following monthly boxes will be dispatched on the 1st week of each month.

Cancellation 

Please note the minimum requirement for cancellation for the below products.

6-Month Pay Monthly Plan - Please note this is a fixed-term plan for 6 months. (No mid-term cancellations allowed). 

12-Month Pay Monthly Plan - Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term plan. A minimum commitment of 6 months is required for mid-term cancellations.

Your subscription recurring payment service is provided by the SEAL app and your payment information and personal details that you provide will be handled securely via an automated system.
