Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy lays out how you can pause or cancel your monthly subscription.

Pay Monthly Subscription:

• When you sign up for a pay-monthly plan, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew monthly or at the frequency that you have selected.
• Please note that your subscription will continue unless you pause/cancel your plan. You can do this by logging into your subscription account or by emailing us promptly before the 1st day of next month.
• A link to log into your account will be sent to you automatically when you subscribe to a plan. 
• Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to make changes to your delivery schedule, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Please make sure to save the changes before you log out.
• Once you have made the changes to your subscription plan, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email.

Prepaid plans: All our prepaid plans are fixed-term and will not automatically renew at the end of your chosen subscription term. Please note that our prepaid plans are non-refundable if you change your mind after purchase. Please do get in touch with us if you wish to transfer your subscription plan to someone else.
