Shipping Policy

One-off orders (within NZ)

We take 24 hours to process your order and will be delivered to your door within the below time frames.

Auckland Region - within 2 or 3 working days.
New Zealand-wide delivery: within 3 working days. ( if rural, it may take an extra day)

Please note bulk orders may take an extra couple of days to process and we will notify you via email.

Please find below our latest shipping charges for one-off orders.

Auckland Region:

$6.00 (for orders under $99)
FREE SHIPPING (for orders $100 or over)

Rest of New Zealand:

$8.00 (for orders under $99)
FREE SHIPPING (for orders $100 or over)

We use NZ Courier Post to deliver our packages. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package once it has been dispatched.

One-off orders (to Australia)

We offer the following shipping options to Australia. The cost of shipping will be applied at checkout.

Australia Economy untracked - Please allow between 7 to 14 days for shipments to arrive.
Australia Courier ( tracked/signature required) - within 6 to 10 working days.

Monthly Subscription Boxes

Our monthly subscription boxes are dispatched on the end of first week of every month (around 5th of the month). Shop for a plan before our monthly cut-off date 25th to receive our current month's theme.

New Zealand - Free Shipping is applied on all monthly box plans.

Australia - A one-off shipping charge for up to 3 boxes will be applied at checkout. We can send up to 3 boxes in one shipment. Therefore we highly recommend you to purchase our prepaid plans for 3 , 6 or 12 months if monthly boxes are to be sent to Australia.

International Shipping (except Australia)

Eco-friendly Packaging

We use environmentally friendly, Recyclable or biodegradable packaging/mailers for all our orders. We highly encourage you to reuse the packaging or put them in your recycle bin for recycling.
