Shipping & Delivery.
For One-off Orders
Please find below our latest delivery fees for one-off orders.
Auckland Region:
- $6.90 (Non-Rural)
- $10 for Rural Delivery
Rest of New Zealand:
- $8.50 (Non-Rural)
- $10 for Rural Delivery.
(Please select the rural delivery option if your shipping address is a rural address)
Australia: Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
We take 24 hours to process your order, and it will be delivered to your door within the time frames below.
- Auckland Region (non-rural) - within 1- 3 working days.
- New Zealand-wide delivery: within 2 - 4 working days. ( if rural, it will take up to 4 working days for your parcel to arrive)
Please note that large orders or non-seasonal craft kits may take an extra couple of days to process, and we will notify you via email.
We use NZ Post and other courier services to deliver our packages. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
*Please note we do not offer pick-ups from our locations. Delivery only.
For Monthly Craft Boxes
- Free New Zealand wide delivery is included in all Prepay Plans.
- $5 delivery fee applies for all Pay-monthly plans. (NZ only).
Monthly Box delivery schedule
Your first month's box will be shipped straight away or on the same week that you've signed up for your plan. The following monthly boxes will be dispatched from our craft shop at the end of the first week each month.
You should expect to receive your monthly box during or at the end of the second week of each month.
Monthly Boxes to Australia - We highly recommend that you purchase our prepaid plans for 3 , 6 or 12 months if monthly boxes are to be sent to Australia. A one-off shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
International Delivery - Available only for Australia, the USA and the UK.
We can deliver our craft boxes to Australia, the USA and the UK. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page. Please email us via info@letscraft.co.nz if you wish to find out the cost before you start the order, and our team will assist you.
We use Eco-friendly Packaging.
We use recyclable packaging and mailers for all our orders. Let's keep our environment clean and tidy together and recycle the materials if possible. Please reuse our packaging or put them in your recycling bin.
