Please contact us via info@letscraft.co.nz as soon as possible if you wish to return your product.Our Return policy lasts 30 days from receiving the product. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund. Please note, to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds (if applicable)

If we have approved and agree for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Replacement or Refund

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us via Let's Craft website contact form or via email info@letscraft.co.nz as soon as possible and we will offer you a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via info@letscraft.co.nz 

Shipping cost for returning an item
When you return your product, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund. If you are shipping an item over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item delivered to us securely.
